How to upgrade my Novalya subscription?

Choose a new offer

The new per-slot offers are Starter, Pro and Business. Compare account capacities and the features you need before requesting a change.

Starter: 19 per slot/month, or 180 per slot/year. Pro: 29/month, or 276/year. Business: 39/month, or 372/year. Amounts are nominally identical in EUR and USD. The yearly price covers the whole year.

Check before confirming

In subscription management, review the proposed changes. Check tier, currency, billing period, purchased slot quantity, effective date and amount due now. If the option is missing or terms are unclear, open a ticket before confirming.

The base amount is unit price for the period × purchased slots, followed by any discounts, proration, credits and taxes. Use the actual amount shown before confirmation; this article does not promise a proration amount or immediate effect in every case.

After confirmation

Check the offer shown in your subscription and the relevant account’s capacities. Upgrading the tier does not automatically grant AI Comments credits: all three V2 plans include zero; an AI option is required.
