Where to find my invoices and download payment documents?

Quick summary


You can find and download your invoices directly from your Novalya space, in Invoice section of your profile.



Invoice access


Navigation


Procedure:


  1. Click on your profile (bottom left of interface)
  2. Click User settings
  3. Click Invoice tab
  4. You see your invoice list


Displayed information:

  • Payment type
  • Amount
  • Billing date
  • Invoice number
  • Download button


Download invoice


Procedure:


  1. In invoice list
  2. Click Download to right of desired invoice
  3. PDF document downloads automatically


Each invoice is available in PDF format, ready to use for your accounting.



Available invoices


Complete history


You'll find:

  • All invoices since start of your subscription
  • Monthly or annual invoices according to your plan
  • Upgrade invoices (proration)
  • Add-on invoices if applicable


Information on each invoice:

  • Concerned period
  • Subscribed plan
  • Amount excluding and including tax
  • Payment details

Downloaded invoices can be used for:


Professional use:

  • Accounting records
  • Tax declarations
  • Expense reports


Format:

  • Standard PDF
  • Contains all required legal information
  • Unique invoice number


Invoices and VAT


Important information:

  • Novalya invoices are issued without VAT
  • Principle: VAT self-assessment
  • Your company can deduct VAT according to your country's rules


Invoices mention "VAT not applicable - Self-assessment" in accordance with European regulations.


Keep your invoices for accounting. They're always accessible in your Novalya space.



No invoice available


If list is empty


Possible reasons:


  1. Recent account
  • You just created your account
  • No payment has been made yet


  1. Payment in progress
  • Payment just validated
  • Invoice will be available in few minutes


  1. Technical issue
  • Refresh page
  • If problem persists, contact support


Request missing invoice


If invoice should appear but isn't visible:


  1. Open ticket via Ticket Center
  2. Indicate date and amount of concerned payment
  3. Our team will provide invoice



FAQ


Are invoices automatically generated?


Yes, invoice is automatically generated after each payment.


How long do I have access to my old invoices?


You have access to all your invoices as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation and end of period, download your invoices before end of access.


Recommendation: Download and save all your invoices before canceling your subscription.


Can I modify information on invoice?


No, invoices are final. If you need to correct billing information, modify it in your settings before next payment.


Are invoices in € or $?


Currency depends on your account and cannot be changed.


Can I receive my invoices by email?


Invoices are available in your Novalya space. For email copy, contact support.
