Shared Facebook + Instagram message pool
Messages included in your plan correspond to your global monthly quota.
How it works:
- Volume is shared between Facebook AND Instagram
- Single pool for all features (prospecting, CRM, birthdays)
- Recharges on your anniversary date (billing cycle)
Example:
- Pro plan: 800 messages/month
- You can use: 400 on Facebook + 400 on Instagram
- Or: 600 on Facebook + 200 on Instagram
- Or any other combination up to 800 total

FAQ
Do messages carry over to next month?
No. Unused messages don't carry over. Your quota resets on your anniversary date.
Can I change plans mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate. Downgrade must be requested from support and takes effect at end of period.
What happens if I exceed my message quota?
You can't send more messages until next recharge or until upgrade.
Are prices in € or $?
Currency depends on your account at creation and cannot be changed.
Are there other features different by plan?
Main features are identical. Differences are in volumes and quotas (messages, pipelines, AI comments).
