How to upgrade my Novalya subscription?

You can upgrade your plan directly from your Novalya space. Upgrade takes effect immediately and automatic proration is applied.
Where to upgrade your plan
Access to upgrade
Procedure:
- Click on your profile (bottom left of interface)
- Click Upgrade
- Choose desired higher plan
- Validate payment
Effect of upgrade
Immediate application
As soon as you validate upgrade:
Your limits are updated:
- New message quota/month
- New number of CRM pipelines
- New AI Comments quota
Example:
- You were on Starter (300 msg/month, 3 pipelines)
- You switch to Pro (800 msg/month, 10 pipelines)
- Immediately: 800 messages and 10 pipelines available
Billing with proration
Payment is automatically adjusted:
Principle:
- You only pay difference between your current plan and new plan
- Remaining time on your current period is taken into account
- You don't pay twice for same period

Switch from monthly to annual
You can also upgrade from monthly to annual (same plan):
Advantage:
- 25% discount on annual price
- Single payment per year
Proration applied:
- Remaining time of your monthly subscription is deducted
- You pay difference to switch to annual

What happens after upgrade
Renewal date
Upgrade to higher plan (same period):
- Your renewal date stays same
- Example: Renewal on 15th → stays on 15th
Upgrade with period change (monthly → annual):
- Your renewal date changes
- New date = upgrade date
- Example: Upgrade on February 26 → next renewal February 26 following year
Immediate access to new features
As soon as validated:
- Increased message quota
- Additional CRM pipelines accessible
- Additional AI Comments available
