How to request downgrade
Contact support
Downgrade cannot be done directly from your Novalya space.
Procedure:
Option 1: Ticket Center (recommended)
- Log into your Novalya space
- Open the Ticket Center
- Create new ticket
- Indicate plan you wish to downgrade to
- Our team will process your request
Option 2: Email
- Send email to support@novalya.com
- Specify your current plan and desired plan
- Our team will respond within 2 hours during business days
When downgrade takes effect
End of current period
Downgrade is scheduled for next period:
How it works:
- Your current plan stays active until end of paid period
- Downgrade applies automatically at renewal
- You keep all benefits until end
Example:
- You're on Business (1500 msg/month)
- You have 15 days before renewal
- You request downgrade to Pro (800 msg/month)
- For 15 days: you keep 1500 msg/month
- After 15 days: switch to 800 msg/month
No refund
Already paid time isn't refunded:
- Monthly period already paid = kept
- Annual period already paid = kept until term
Loss of features and limits
What changes at downgrade
Depending on plan you downgrade to, some limits may be reduced.
