How to cancel my Novalya subscription?

How to cancel your subscription


Contact support


Cancellation cannot be done directly from your Novalya space.


Procedure:


Option 1: Ticket Center (recommended)

  1. Log into your Novalya space
  2. Open the Ticket Center
  3. Create new ticket with your cancellation request
  4. Our team will process your request


Option 2: Email

  • Send email to support@novalya.com
  • Clearly indicate your cancellation request
  • Our team will respond within 2 hours during business days


Cancellation stops automatic renewal but doesn't remove your access immediately.



Access after cancellation


You keep access until end


When you cancel your subscription:


What happens:

  • Automatic renewal is stopped
  • Your subscription stays active until end of paid period
  • You keep all features until term


Example:

  • You're on monthly plan
  • You have 8 days before renewal
  • You cancel today
  • You keep access for 8 days
  • After 8 days: end of subscription


No renewal


At end of period:

  • No new payment is made
  • Your Novalya access ends
  • Your data is deleted



Refund policy


Paid periods aren't refunded


Principle:

  • You paid for period (monthly or annual)
  • This period is kept even after cancellation
  • No refund is made


Examples:


Monthly subscription:

  • 15 days remaining out of 30 → Access kept 15 days
  • No refund for these 15 days


Annual subscription:

  • 6 months remaining out of 12 → Access kept 6 months
  • No refund for these 6 months


Make sure you really want to cancel before contacting support, as no refund is possible.



Data after subscription ends


Data deletion


At end of your paid period:


What is deleted:

  • All your campaigns
  • Your CRM and pipelines
  • Your saved contacts
  • Your settings and configurations


What is kept:

  • Your user account (inactive)
  • Possibility to reactivate later


Important: Export your important data before your subscription ends if you want to keep it.

  • Consider downgrade to lower plan
  • Cheaper than total cancellation
