Can I connect multiple Facebook accounts on Novalya?

The new Workspace and your current space

This section applies when the new Workspace is available in your account. It does not mean that your subscription or data has already been migrated. If you still see the legacy space, use its functions and your current terms; do not delete accounts to force a transition.

The new Workspace can contain multiple accounts from the same platform. To use several Facebook accounts simultaneously, each needs its own Chrome profile or browser environment; two tabs in one profile are not two independent sessions. The same rule applies to Instagram.

The actual session depends on the browser profile. Before starting an action, check that the account open on the social network matches the account selected in Novalya. An inactive or expired session must be restored for sending and synchronization.

A purchased slot and a connected account are different things. The number of billed slots follows your subscription; disconnecting an account alone does not reduce that number. Disconnecting and deleting are separate actions: do not assume that disconnecting removes your data or cancels your subscription.

Your subscription, price and previously granted historical rights remain preserved. The new Starter / Pro / Business grid caps purchased slots at 5 / 10 / 15; those caps do not automatically remove historical rights.

The retained instructions below concern the legacy Novalya space. They do not describe the new Workspace's multi-account capabilities or tag organization.

What happens if I try to connect another account?

If you connect a new Facebook account to your existing Novalya account:

How many times can I change Facebook accounts?

Technically, as many times as necessary. However, avoid changing multiple times per day (suspicious behavior for Meta). Maximum recommended: 1-2 changes per week.

Yes, but install the extension in different Chrome profiles to avoid conflicts. Chrome allows creating multiple distinct user profiles.

Can I connect Facebook on one account and Instagram on another?

No. Each Novalya account can have 1 Facebook + 1 Instagram. If you want to use 2 Facebook AND 2 Instagram, you need 2 separate Novalya accounts.
