Why is Novalya slow / why does it lag?

In short: slowness almost always comes from the computer or an out-of-date Chrome — rarely from Novalya itself.

💻 Give your computer room to breathe

Novalya works directly inside Chrome: if your machine is busy with lots of other things, everything slows down. Close unnecessary apps and tabs, and above all restart your computer — that's often enough.

🔄 Keep Chrome up to date

Novalya is optimized for the latest versions of Google Chrome, which updates very often. An out-of-date Chrome — or system — is a classic cause of slowness. Check your updates.

⏱️ If it's your sending that seems slow

It may simply be the chosen mode: Secured mode deliberately spaces out sends by several minutes to protect your account. That's normal and intended.

⚠️ A benchmark

5 messages in 3 hours is not normal — even in Secured mode. If it's that slow for you, write to us specifying which campaign, which mode and which settings you use: we'll debug it precisely with you.

✅ 30-second checklist

• Computer restarted, unnecessary apps and tabs closed
• Chrome and system up to date
• Sending mode checked (Secured = slow on purpose)
• Abnormally slow (e.g. 5 messages in 3h) → write to us (campaign + mode)

❓ FAQ

"Novalya lags, my computer is stuck all day."
Close other apps, restart the computer and update Chrome: that's the most frequent cause.

"Is it normal to be this slow?"
In Secured mode, sends are deliberately spaced out. Outside Secured mode, no — report it to us.
