Why doesn't Novalya find any new prospects?

In short: it's almost always fixed by relaunching Novalya cleanly. And if it persists, it's often on our side — we'll handle it, you don't have to dig.

🔄 1. Relaunch Novalya cleanly

Nine times out of ten this is enough. Log out of Novalya (LOGOUT button) then log back in, disable and re-enable the extension in Chrome, reconnect your Facebook or Instagram account, then reload the page and run a new test.

👥 2. Check your source

A source (group, post, follower list) only returns prospects if there are still people to contact in it. If it has few members or little activity, it's normal to find no one new.

The real reflex: never stay on a single source. Keep 5 to 10 sources in rotation (groups, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, followers) — you'll always have people to contact.

🔑 3. On a Facebook group, loosen your keywords

(For groups only.) Too many keywords — to include or exclude — can filter out everyone. Remove some, keep the broadest, relaunch.

Write to us, we'll check right away. To speed things up, tell us: the group or post link, the keywords (if a Facebook group), and whether you'd already prospected this source before.

❓ FAQ

"I can't find anyone anymore even though it used to work."
Relaunch Novalya (step 1) and vary your sources: an already-prospected source only brings new people if members have joined since.

"Is my group exhausted?"
Very rare on a group with several thousand members, unless you use very specific keywords. When in doubt, switch sources.
