Why doesn't Novalya button appear on Facebook or Instagram?

Google Chrome only

Novalya officially works on Google Chrome only.

NOT supported browsers:

• Download and install Google Chrome
• Install Novalya extension on Chrome
• Log into Facebook/Instagram in Chrome

Chrome extension problem

If you're on Chrome but buttons still don't appear, problem likely comes from extension.

Quick actions to test:

1. Uncheck and recheck extension (30 sec)
2. Check extension is up to date
3. Disable Google translation

Reload page

Refresh display

Sometimes Facebook or Instagram doesn't immediately load all elements.

Reload page:

• Open new tab
• Return to Facebook/Instagram

Facebook Groups

Button location:

• Next to group name
• Text: "Import members"

If button isn't visible:

• Reload page
• Check extension is active

Button location:

• Under post
• Text: "Prospect the members who have interacted"

If button doesn't appear:

• Open post fullscreen (click on it)
• Reload page

AI Comments
