Why doesn't my campaign start (prospecting, CRM or birthdays)?

Check campaign is "ready"
Send button must be blue
In Novalya, campaign is ready when:
- Settings button is gray (configuration complete)
- Send button is blue
If Send button is grayed out:
✅ Solution:
- Click Settings
- Complete all configuration steps
- Validate each step
- Return to campaign list
- Send button should now be blue

Check Chrome and sessions
Chrome must be open
Even if Novalya interface is accessible, campaigns require:
Required:
- Google Chrome open
- Active Facebook/Instagram session
- Computer on (not sleeping)
- Active internet connection
✅ Solution:
- Open Google Chrome
- Log into Facebook in Chrome
- Log into Instagram in Chrome
- Disable automatic sleep
- Relaunch campaign

Technical extension problem
Debugging if problem persists
If campaign still doesn't start despite above checks:

Problem may come from Chrome extension. Follow complete procedure:

Quick actions:
- Uncheck/recheck extension
- Check extension is up to date
- Clear Facebook/Instagram cookies
- Change FB/IG language to English
Check temporary Meta restriction
Facebook/Instagram can limit your account
If Facebook or Instagram temporarily limits your account, campaign may not start.
Restriction signs:
- Meta notification about limitation
- Recently blocked actions
- Error message when sending
✅ Solution:
- Check your Facebook/Instagram notifications
- If temporary block: wait for lift (30 min to few hours)
- Resume gradually (reduced volume)
- Use more prudent interval

Specific case: Automatic AI Comments
Source without text or consecutive failures
If you launch automatic AI Comments campaign:
Possible problems:
- Many posts don't have enough text
- Multiple consecutive failures
- Novalya automatically stops campaign
✅ Solutions:
Reduce volume:
- Go from 50 to 10-20 posts
- Test first with small volume
Increase interval:
- Switch to 60 or 90 seconds
- Allow more time between comments
Test in manual mode:
- Validate your settings work
- Comment 3-5 posts manually
- Then switch to automatic

Specific case: Facebook Birthdays
No birthdays available
Birthdays are only available if Facebook displays birthdays for chosen period.
Problem:
- You launch D-2 campaign
- But Facebook shows no birthdays in 2 days
- Campaign finds no one to target
✅ Solutions:
Try another period:
- Test Day D instead of D-2
- Test D+1 instead of Day D
- Check there are birthdays displayed on Facebook
Check Facebook Birthdays tab:
- Go to Facebook
- Menu > Events > Birthdays
- Check there are birthdays displayed
- Novalya can only target birthdays visible here

Campaign was ready but doesn't start, why?
First check Chrome is open and your Facebook/Instagram sessions are active. If yes, follow extension debugging procedure.
How long for campaign to start?
Campaign starts immediately (few seconds) after clicking Send. If nothing happens after 30 seconds, there's problem.
Can I launch multiple campaigns at once?
Yes, but attention to limits: one campaign per network (not 2 simultaneous Facebook campaigns). You can launch 1 Facebook campaign AND 1 Instagram campaign at same time.
Send button stays grayed, what to do?
Open Settings and check all steps are completed. Required field is probably missing.
