Chrome must be open and connected
To send messages, Novalya needs:
Required:
- Google Chrome open
- Connected Facebook/Instagram session
- Active internet connection
- Computer on (without sleep)
✅ Solution:
- Open Google Chrome
- Check you're logged into Facebook in Chrome
- Check you're logged into Instagram in Chrome
- Disable automatic sleep
- Check your internet connection
- Relaunch campaign

Technical extension problem
Debugging if messages aren't leaving
If Chrome is open, sessions active, but messages still aren't sending:

Problem may come from Chrome extension. Follow complete procedure:

Quick actions:
- Uncheck/recheck extension (30 sec)
- Clear Facebook/Instagram cookies
- Change FB/IG language to English
- Disable other Chrome extensions
Check Meta restriction
Facebook/Instagram temporarily limits
If Meta limits your account, messages may not send.
Restriction signs:
- Meta notifications about limitation
- Message "You can't send messages right now"
- Recently blocked actions

- Open Facebook/Instagram directly in Chrome

Automatic security stop
If multiple sends fail in row, Novalya can automatically interrupt campaign to avoid:
- Repeated unnecessary actions
- Account stability degradation
- Triggering Meta restrictions
✅ Solution:
- Check session and Meta restriction
- Correct identified problem
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- Relaunch new campaign with reduced volume

Check your plan quota
Available messages
If your monthly quota is depleted, sends are blocked.
Check your quota:
- Log into your Novalya space
- Dashboard > Remaining quota
- Check how many messages you have left
Quotas by plan:
- Starter: 300 messages/month
- Pro: 800 messages/month
- Business: 1500 messages/month
✅ Solution if quota depleted:
Option 1: Wait for renewal
- Quotas recharge on your anniversary date
- Check your next renewal date
Option 2: Upgrade your plan
- Switch to higher plan
- New quota applies immediately

Check campaign configuration
Campaign ready to send
Send button must be blue for campaign to work.
If Send button is grayed out:

- Open Settings
- Check all steps are completed
- Finalize configuration
- Return to list
- Send button should be blue

Messages were sending before but not anymore?

Some messages leave but not all?
This can indicate partial Meta restriction or that some profiles have strict privacy settings. Reduce volume and interval.
How long does temporary Meta block last?
Generally 30 minutes to few hours. In some cases, can last 24-48h. Resume gradually after lift.
Can I force sending if Novalya stopped?
No. If Novalya stopped after consecutive failures, it's to protect your account. Identify and correct problem before relaunching.
