How many AI comments can I generate according to my Novalya plan?

Quick summary


Number of available AI comments depends on your Novalya plan. One credit is consumed at each generation of comment (even if you don't publish). Credits recharge on your anniversary date (billing cycle).

Recharge:

  • Credits recharge on your anniversary date
  • Corresponds to your billing cycle
  • Example: Subscription taken on 15th of month → recharge each 15th


Unused credits:

  • Are not carried over to next month
  • Quota completely resets at recharge



Important: One credit = One generation


Credit consumption


Credits are consumed when you click "Generate comment".


What consumes a credit:

  • Click "Generate comment" = 1 credit
  • Regenerate comment = 1 additional credit
  • Manually modify text = 0 credit
  • Publish or not publish = no impact


Concrete examples:


Example 1: Direct publication

  • Generate: 1 credit
  • Publish: 0 credit
  • Total: 1 credit


Example 2: Manual modification

  • Generate: 1 credit
  • Manually modify text: 0 credit
  • Publish: 0 credit
  • Total: 1 credit


Example 3: Multiple regenerations

  • Generate: 1 credit
  • Not convinced, regenerate: 1 credit
  • Still not convinced, regenerate: 1 credit
  • Finally publish: 0 credit
  • Total: 3 credits


Example 4: Generation without publication

  • Generate: 1 credit
  • Finally don't publish: 0 credit
  • Total: 1 credit anyway


Credit is consumed at generation. Even if you don't publish comment, credit is already used.



Where to see remaining credits


Novalya Dashboard


To check your credits:


  1. Log in to your Novalya space
  2. Access dashboard
  3. "AI Comments" or "Credits" section
  4. You see your remaining credits


Information displayed:

  • Remaining credits
  • Total quota according to your plan
  • Next recharge date



What happens if I have no more credits


Quota exhausted


When your credits are at zero:

  • New comment generation is blocked
  • "Generate" button may be grayed or display message
  • You must reload your credits


Solution


✅ Upgrade your plan or buy additional credits


Two options available:


Option 1: Upgrade to higher plan

  • Starter → Pro: +100 credits (200 total)
  • Pro → Business: +300 credits (500 total)
  • New credits apply immediately


Option 2: Buy additional credits (add-on)

  • Buy additional credits
  • Without changing plan
  • Complement to your monthly quota

If you regularly run out of credits:


Starter → Pro:

  • 100 → 200 credits (+100)
  • Double your capacity


Pro → Business:

  • 200 → 500 credits (+300)
  • 2.5x more credits than Pro


During upgrade:

  • New credits apply immediately
  • Next recharge at new anniversary date



FAQ


Are unused credits carried over to next month?


No. On anniversary date, your quota resets to your plan's maximum, whether you used all your credits or not.


Can I buy additional credits?


Yes, you can buy credits as add-on at https://app.novalya.com/upgrade


What happens if I downgrade my plan?


Your quota will be adjusted at next anniversary date. Current credits remain available until recharge.


Are credits shared between Facebook and Instagram?


Yes, AI Comments credits work on both platforms with same quota.


How many credits does automatic campaign of 10 posts consume?


10 credits (1 per generated comment), unless some posts are ignored for having no text.


Can I see my consumption history?


Currently, only remaining credits are displayed on dashboard.
