Global quota (shared Facebook / Instagram)


Pipelines are not linked to a specific network. Your quota is global and shared between Facebook and Instagram.


Concrete examples:


If you have 10 pipelines:

  • You can create 8 Facebook pipelines + 2 Instagram pipelines
  • Or 5 Facebook pipelines + 5 Instagram pipelines
  • Or 10 Facebook pipelines + 0 Instagram pipeline


If you create 10 pipelines on Facebook, you can't create more on Instagram until you delete some.


Note: Today, pipeline = tag. Creating pipeline automatically applies tag with same name.



Organization best practices


Recommendations to optimize your pipelines


To avoid exhausting your pipelines too quickly:


1. Use "by objective" pipelines

  • ✅ Example: "Prospects", "Customers", "Partners"
  • ❌ Avoid: "Monday campaign", "Tuesday campaign", etc.


2. Avoid creating pipeline per micro-campaign

  • ✅ Rather use stages to structure tracking
  • ✅ One "Q1 Prospecting" pipeline with stages "Contacted", "Conversation", "Follow-up"
  • ❌ Avoid: Pipeline per day or per week


3. Use stages for progression

  • Stages allow tracking progress without multiplying pipelines
  • Move contacts between stages as you progress

What happens if I reach my pipeline limit?


You can't create new pipelines until you delete some. You'll need to delete existing pipeline to free up space.


Can I change plan to have more pipelines?


Yes. By upgrading to higher plan, you immediately unlock more pipelines.


If I delete a pipeline, do I get the space back?


Yes. Deleting pipeline immediately frees up space in your quota.


Do contacts count in quota?


No. Quota only concerns number of pipelines, not number of contacts. You can have as many contacts as you want in your pipelines.


Does contact in multiple pipelines count multiple times?


No. A contact can be in multiple pipelines without impacting quota. Quota only concerns number of created pipelines.
