Can I export or import my Novalya CRM in CSV?

Quick summary: CSV export and import are not currently available but are in development. These features will be offered in upcoming updates.



CSV Export


Current status


Novalya CRM CSV export is not yet available.


This feature is in development and will be offered soon.


What export will allow


When CSV export is available, you'll be able to:

  • Export your contacts
  • Export profile information (notes, profession, etc.)
  • Export pipeline history
  • Back up your CRM data


Current recommendation: Use notes in contact profiles and structure your pipelines to maintain clear tracking.



CSV Import


Current status


Contact import from CSV file is not yet available but is also planned.


What import will allow


When CSV import is available, you'll be able to:

  • Mass import contacts
  • Add directly to pipelines
  • Quickly enrich your CRM
  • Migrate from other CRM tools


Use cases:

  • You have contact list in Excel/Google Sheets
  • You're migrating from another CRM
  • You want to add contacts in bulk



Current alternative: Manual addition


Until CSV import is available, you can add contacts manually:


Method 1: From profile

  • Open contact's Facebook/Instagram profile
  • Click "Add to pipeline"
  • Select pipeline + stage


Method 2: From Messenger/DM

  • Open conversation
  • Click "Add to pipeline"
  • Select pipeline + stage


Method 3: Automatically via campaign

  • Contacts reached via prospecting campaign are automatically added to CRM with configured tags



Data retention without export


Until CSV export is available, here's how to keep trace of your data:


1. Use notes

  • Note important information in each contact profile
  • History is automatically preserved


2. Structure your pipelines

  • Create clear pipelines by objective
  • Use precise stages
  • Name your pipelines explicitly


3. Duplicate in multiple pipelines

  • Important contacts can be in multiple pipelines
  • This creates natural redundancy



What happens to my data?


Data retention


Your CRM data is retained as long as your subscription is active.


In case of cancellation:

  • Access retained until end of paid period
  • Data deleted at end of period


Once CSV export is available, we'll recommend making regular backup exports.



FAQ


When will CSV export/import be available?


Features are in development. No specific date is communicated for now. You'll be informed via your Novalya space upon release.


Will export be available on all plans?


Details on availability by plan will be communicated when feature launches.


Can I request manual export of my data?


Yes. Contact support if you have urgent export need for specific reason. Team will evaluate possibility of one-time manual export.


Will CSV import overwrite my existing contacts?


Technical details on import functionality will be communicated when feature is released.
