Check your full offer name, billing period, quantity and terms in your subscription. Updating this documentation does not change your subscription. The new Starter / Pro / Business model provides these amounts, nominally identical in euros and US dollars: | Tier | Per slot per month | Per slot per year | Messages per account / month | Pipelines per account | Maximum purchased slots | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | Starter | 19 | 180 | 300 | 5 | 5 | | Pro | 29 | 276 | 500 | 10 | 10 | | Business | 39 | 372 | 700 | 15 | 15 | **This table applies only if you subscribe to this new per-slot offer.** It does not mean that your existing subscription has been migrated. The offer actually shown when you subscribe determines the applicable terms. For this new model, the base amount is the unit price for the billing period × purchased slots, followed by any discounts, prorated amounts, credits and taxes shown on the invoice. A purchased slot may be unconnected; disconnecting an account alone does not reduce the billed quantity. Training and the number of instalments are separate from the number of slots. Offers that include a trial provide **7 days, with a payment card required**. Some offers have no trial: check your offer's terms. Existing customers retain their previously granted commitments, prices and historical rights. The new grid's caps do not automatically replace those rights. If your legacy offer or a proposed change is unclear, ask support to verify your subscription before changing offers. **The sections below describe legacy Starter / Essential / Advanced plans and their historical terms.** Do not apply their prices or quotas to a new per-slot offer. --- ## Quick summary The legacy offers described below include three plans: **Starter**, **Essential** and **Advanced**. Each plan offers different monthly message volume (300, 800 or 1500), number of CRM pipelines and AI Comments quota. --- ## Legacy Novalya plans ### Overview | Plan | Messages/month | Monthly price | Annual price | |------|----------------|---------------|--------------| | **Starter** | 300 | $49/month | $441/year | | **Essential** | 800 | $89/month | $801/year | | **Advanced** | 1500 | $149/month | $1341/year | **Annual savings:** - Annual payment = **25% discount** vs monthly --- ## Messages included per plan ### Shared Facebook + Instagram message pool Messages included in your plan correspond to your **global monthly quota**. **How it works:** - Volume is shared between Facebook AND Instagram - Single pool for all features (prospecting, CRM, birthdays) - Recharges on your anniversary date (billing cycle) **Example:** - Essential plan: 800 messages/month - You can use: 400 on Facebook + 400 on Instagram - Or: 600 on Facebook + 200 on Instagram - Or any other combination up to 800 total | Plan volume is your global monthly quota. Go to your profile (bottom left) 2. Click **User settings** 3. **Billing details** tab 4. "Add-ons" section 5. Click "Buy Now" | Currency ($/€) depends on your account currency and cannot be changed. --- ## Choose right plan ### Recommendations by usage **Starter (300 msg/month):** - Perfect for starting - Occasional usage - 1-2 campaigns per month - Small prospect volume **Essential (800 msg/month):** - Regular usage - Multiple campaigns per month - Advanced CRM organization (10 pipelines) - Medium prospect volume **Advanced (1500 msg/month):** - Intensive usage - Multiple simultaneous campaigns - Complete CRM organization (25 pipelines) - Large prospect volume ### Test and adjust | You can upgrade your plan anytime if your needs evolve. Upgrade is immediate with proration applied. Your quota resets on your anniversary date. ### Can I change plans mid-subscription? Yes. Upgrade is immediate. Downgrade must be requested from support and takes effect at end of period. ### What happens if I exceed my message quota? You can't send more messages until next recharge or until upgrade. ### Are prices in € or $? Currency depends on your account at creation and cannot be changed. ### Are there other features different by plan? Main features are identical.
