A payment card is required at sign-up, but it is only charged at the end of the trial. You can stop before the 7 days are up, and nothing is charged. The trial does not apply to subscriptions bought through a promotion or a special offer. --- ## What the trial includes ### 7 days on the plan you chose During the trial you use the plan you picked at sign-up, with its features and its quotas. There is no reduced version and no feature switched off during this period: what you are testing is what you will have afterwards. Your plan's message and pipeline quotas apply normally during the trial. Connecting your Facebook or Instagram account early therefore leaves you more time to genuinely test the tool. --- ## A payment card is required at sign-up ### Why it is asked for A valid payment card is needed to open the trial. That is what allows the switch to a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days, without interruption, if you decide to continue. | The card is ++not charged during the trial++. The first payment is taken at the end of the 7 days. ### Changing your card during the trial You can replace your card at any time from your Novalya workspace, including during the trial. The date of that first payment becomes your renewal date for the periods that follow. ### If the payment fails If the card is declined at the end of the trial, the subscription is not activated and a retry is triggered. You keep access until the trial end date. That is the case for offers taken through a ++promotion, a webinar or a special offer++: billing starts immediately at sign-up, not after 7 days. **How to tell which case you are in:** - You signed up from the website, choosing a plan from the public pricing grid: you have the 7-day trial - You subscribed through a promotional link, an offer presented in a webinar, or a negotiated offer: billing started straight away | If in doubt, the date of your first payment is shown on your first invoice, in your Novalya workspace. --- ## FAQ ### How long is the trial? 7 days on an offer with a trial, counted from the creation of the subscription. ### Do I need a payment card to try Novalya? Yes. A valid card is required at sign-up. It is only charged at the end of the 7 days. ### Can I test every feature of my plan? Yes. The trial gives access to the plan you chose, with no feature switched off. ### What if I cancel on the last day? Cancel before the trial end date. If the payment has already been triggered, a period that has started is not refunded. ### I subscribed through a special offer and had no trial, is that normal? Yes.
